And Dr. Ken apparently wants to be in-house for the potential win.

The actor and comedian, who starred as Ben Chang in the TV sitcom “Community, was spotted inside the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey ahead of Duke‘s Elite Eight game vs. No. 2 seed Alabama.

Duke is scheduled to tip off against Alabama at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey at 8:49 p.m. ET on Saturday. The winner heads to the Final Four and San Antonio.

Yes, Jeong is a Duke basketball fan and is at Saturday’s Sweet 16 rooting on his alma mater.

Ahead of Saturday’s Sweet 16 game vs. No. 2 seed Alabama, Jeong was seen sitting at the broadcasters’ table next to CBS’s Brian Anderson, who appeared to be going through his pregame intro.

Jeong has been to several games this season to watch Flagg and Co., including Duke’s home game on March 1 vs. Florida State when he took part in a free throw shooting contest during halftime. He was also at Duke’s game in Las Vegas last season against Kansas, where he sat next to former Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski courtside.

When ESPN’s “College GameDay” traveled to Duke back in September of 2023 for the Blue Devils’ home football game vs. Notre Dame, the Mr. Chow character of “The Hangover” trilogy was the celebrity guest picker.

“I went to Duke, I am Duke,” Jeong famously said on “College GameDay” in 2023.

Where did Ken Jeong go to college?

As noted by the Duke Chronicle, Jeong attended Duke from 1986 through 1990.

But Jeong didn’t major in theater or television. Instead, he graduated as a zoology major and worked as a physician for several years before getting into his career now as an actor a comedian. He was Duke’s commencement speaker in 2020.

Where is Ken Jeong from?

Jeong was born in Detroit but spent much of his childhood in Greensboro, North Carolina, per the Duke Chronicle.
